This is a complaint to file a case of fraud and malpractice. I purchased the paid Relaxed Plan of Nobroker which promises to take your requirements and provide you with 50 property listings (for 45 days tenure) as per your requirements. The sales executive took my requirements promising multiple times (over call recordings) that enough number of properties are there as per my requirements post checking on his internal database multiple times. All of this is on call recording. Post making the payment, my new point of contact (the account manager) immediately says that there are not enough requirements and you will just have to either change your requirements or let your money go waste. This is a blatant case of the sales person mis-selling deliberately in order to make the sale and the customer support and the Nobroker team refusing to claim responsibility. Post enquiring around I found out that this is apparently, a common experience from Nobroker's end where they are cheating people off their money and not being brought to justice. They are just getting away with it. I hope this complaint will solve my issue and more importantly, bring this company to justice.
