Not resolving my concern, I have monthly recharged my account though am not getting the Internet

I have monthly recharged my account though am not getting the Internet and after calling to customer care several times my issue is not getting resolved. I had some very important work to be completed by today but due to connection failure could not completed.
Please take a consideration on my issue
