Bad service from MTS connection

My dongle connection was barred/blocked because I crossed credit limit in roaming. Not knowing the amount I called customer care who asked me to pay XYZ amount in the shop. I went to shop twice and called customer care 4-5 times to settle the dues. Each time, they informed me different amounts which leads to untrust. Issue was not resolved for whole cycle for which I paid 599/-. According to the clarification I received from MTS is that I have signed an agreement, I signed agreement for the service and they should have first settle the dispute. Second issue is that they sold expired package of paytm. They are showing paytm recharge offer and wooing customers but this offer has expired on 31 jan. I am clearing my dues but this issue should be taken up legally so as to avoid any other customer harrashment in future.
