Dear Sir / Mam
This is to reference you that two three months back i got a call from hdfc life and they offered me one of the insurance policy in which they were offering me loan against the policy like if i take 40,000 per year policy they will approve me four lac loan against the policy, policy name is classic assure plus policy no is 20490301 later on hdfc issued me the policy but i dint get the loan for the same so i called him and said please cancel my policy and refund my money as soon as possible but they denied and said we dint offered you like anything and the free look period is also over and said you took the policy from the broker so you should approach them not us on the same way the broker is changing their mobile number so frequently and denied to cancel the policy for the same so i went to the home branch of hdfc life which is located at rdc raj nagar ghaziabad they took my complaint and forwarded to the concern department and said you will get revert with in seven days and expected i got the response and they are saying you confirmed the verification part so now you will have to continue the policy we are not able to do anything in your case.
so i would like to request you to cancel my policy and refund my money as soon as possible.
