Recently bought a new phone and after that I had bought an damage insurance for my mobile phone from syncNscan company. The insurance was completed through online transaction will all the formalities completed through online.
Now after almost 2 months my screen got damaged and i had tried to contact the company but the number provided is not connecting and even they are not replying to the mail. I have got the mobile number of one of the employees of the company which is a sales person and told the issue and he had told me that solution will be provided to you but till date after submission of documents through mail nobody had called me up. I am following up Continuously to the company through mail but no response from their end.
Finally after all this is I had left with no option other than complaining about this fraud compant
