Dear Sir/ Madam, I purchased the accidental and liquid damage insurance of OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in November, 2017 for my smartphone iPhone X of ₹ 5999 which as the name says covers my phone from accidental as well as liquid damage.
Accidentally my phone fell into water on 5th August, 2018 and raised claim on the same day and my documents which I uploaded got verified on 11 August, 2018 and according to company's policy the phone gets picked up within 48 hours of but till today ie., 14 August,2018, my phone had not been picked up and even after continuous call, chat and email, I didn't get any reason for the same.
From past 2 days, the customer care executive said that " I assure that your phone will be picked up today only" but at around 7:00 pm today I called out of frustration, they said we are forwarding the issue and will get back in 48 hours and then tell about the pick up of phone.
Also the Oneassist Company fraudulently said that we are providing apple warranty expand for ₹ 3999 of which I paid along with ₹5999 of insurance but when I confirmed it in apple service centre, the executive said that insurance is not of apple and you have taken it of third party.
