My name is devendra nath singh my concern about pradhan mantri jivanjyoti bima yojna claim related issue account number 710010510002031 account holder name sunita she is expired 10 june 2017 his claim apply date 7 July 2017 but bima agency star daichilife insurance Ltd his claim is not issue in nominee account only send 330 rupes premium refund in my account frist premium debit date 1 July 2017 and second reniwal premium debit 22 may 2017 gap premium not debit 2016 so issue this claim reniwal premium debit date 22 may 2017 so not issue by bima agency i confrom in your branch and given by writing latter send by registered post office but not any response by bank and i infrom to you consumer complane number 445655 but not any action your side this details confrom by consumer helpline number i need any help by bank not any help by bank and your nodal officer also head office so details take by consumer court
