HDFC ERGO - Cheating people and doing FRAUD - Worst Service

I would like to complain about HDFC Ergo. Purchased zero depth policy for my Activa, and after 3 days got an accident. When approach to HDFC Ergo, they are denying for claim as it happened in just 3 days. then am asking my full refund as to believe they never provide service in future too, lost trust completely. Now they are neither cancelling nor refunding policy amount. HDFC Ergo is not trustable insurer in India, they are doing fraud and cheating people, it must be stopped. I would request strict action against HDFC Ergo to save millions of people in country. Sharing details of policy, claim and people who denying claim and asking impossible proof. Their executives are considering customer as slave and talking rudely.
