I am Nagendra Chandel and I purchased a bike from Jawahar Motors through finance also bought a insurance for the same bike from ICICI Lombard general insurance co. parsvanath plaza Delhi road moradabad.
Unfortunately,my bike met with an accident in the month of September 2022 which was driven by my elder brother at the time of accident.
Jawahar Motors and above mentioned insurance co. Have a arrangement between them so that the insurance can be provided at Jawahar Motors premises only,i availed the same service while purchasing a bike.
On the same day of accident bike was sent to the Jawahar Motors,it got repaired and the bill had been generated.
Now the above mentioned company is not authorising claim and Jawahar Motors is not ready to provide us with the bill reasons unknown.After many hardships I even tried to pay the bill by myself without considering insurance but Jawahar Motors is not ready for that also i don't know what malafide intentions they have for the same.
Being a medical representative and it's a field job it requires extensive traveling to many places which ultimately requires a vehicle because of this accident,gross carelessness and mistrust shown by these two, the insurance company and Jawahar Motors I lost my Job because it can't be carried out without a bike.
Now I demand justice and compensation for every hardship I have suffered because of them.They need to be held responsible should be asked to pay damages and compensation.
