I had purchased my phone ( motorola G8 powerlite) on 31st July,2020 and also purchased the full mobile insurance under 1 year complete protection plan from Jeeves consumer services (find attached the invoice). Just after the delivery, I started experiencing some issues in the device and contacted the insurance provider (jeeves) to correct the fault on 21st Aug, 2020 (find attached message screenshot). They received my request and picked up the phone on 25th Aug, 2020 and promised to correct the fault and deliver the device within 20 business days. After completion of 20 business days, when I didn't receive the phone, I contacted the customer service of Jeeves in order to get the status of delivery of my device. They requested for 2-3 days in order to confirm the delivery date. After 2-3 days, I again contacted them for the update, but they again requested for 2-3 days to get me the update. Even after going through this process of granting multiple days to get an update, it is already over a month and I still have not received my device or any expected delivery or dispatch date from Jeeves. This has greatly impacted my college studies as due to corona lock-down, the phone is my only way to access online study material. I am struggling to keep up my studies and this has led to build up of huge mental pressure on me as this may impact my college performance and hence my future prospects. My father is a small farmer and the only source of income in our family of 4. We can't afford to purchase or access any sort of secondary source to continue my online studies. Lately, I am feeling anxiety as I am lagging behind my college-mates in my studies. I sincerely request you to consider and resolve my issue with utmost urgency.
