मेरा नाम शीतल है मेरे पति हरनाम सिंह ने जीवन लक्ष्य पालिसी जिसका पालिसी नंबर 248240043 है जो दिनांक 28 -12 -2021 को भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम, 26 बी कोसीकलां बाईपास रोड मथुरा से कराई गयी थी 18 -2 -2022 को अटैक के कारण मेरे पति की मृत्यु हो जाने के बाद नोमिनी के तौर पर मैंने 06 -05 -22 क्लेम के लिए आवेदन किया था जिसे भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम द्वारा मेरे पति को कैंसर की बीमारी दिखाते हुए दावा निरस्त कर दिया गया हे
