My claim was declined stating diabetes was not disclosed when policy was bought. Due to typing error of doctors 2018 was written as 2013. Dr. Admitted his error and give it in writing that it's a human error in writing. All relevant documents prove that diabetes was detected in 2018. But Aditya Birla is not responding promptly to my complaint. I have even raised it to IRDAI .
