Amount deducted and policy not issued, Till now i have not got any acknowledgement regarding my poli

Dear Sir,

I have done a PLI (SANTOSH) online policy on 12-06-18 for myself and paid an amount of Rs. 37033 for the same via HDFC Credit card no. 5523650000119510 (proof of payment attached). When I clicked on print acknowledgement, I was told Your session has timed out. Till now i have not got any acknowledgement regarding my policy. I have written to PLI officials many a times but the issue is still unresolved.
