NOT GETTING MY CLAIM COMPLAINT AGAINST IFFCO TOKIO GENERAL INSURANCE

I Dr. Pradeep Kumar Pilania want to say that my Swift VXI (HR44H8738) is in garage of Shakti Motors (Sirsa, Haryana). But they are saying that we are not responsible for delay of your work. They are blaming that IFFCO TOKIO GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY is not doing their work. I had given my vehicle two months ago on 4/11/2017 and till date I had not received any information about my vehicle and claim progress. Surveyor had completed his survey on 6/11/2017 which was told to us by IFFCO TOKIO company after calling on toll free number 18001035499. I had mentioned my problems many times to their department by telephone, messages and Emails. But till date my problem was not solved by company. As per their instructions I had provided all the documents and details to the concern person.
