My car met with an accident on 26-04-2023. Car was insured with IFFCO TOKIO GENERAL INSURANCE CO LTD., with NIL depreciation. I had incurred Rs 1,92,053/- as repair cost. But the insurance company approved Rs 61785/- only as settlement of claim on the contention that there was another policy exists on the date of accident.
