Dear Sir
My daughter Shruti tiwari admitted in Appllo Rajshree Hospitals Pvt Ltd Indore on 26/8/24 due to heavy fever after doctor advised my daughter admitted in above hospital for treatment after treatment hospital sent all related docuemnts to Nivabupa for cashless but Novabhupa not approve the claim
After discussion Nivabupa asked for Doctor justification letter and hospital official sent doctor justification letter but again Novabhupa not approve it and we paid 74957/- to hospital and discharge my daughter from there on 29/8/24
Again we approched for reimbursement after submitted document again
Nivabupa denied to approve amount and after so many follow up
they asked to sent Indore case paper so we arranged it and sent but
still they are not approve my claim amount
Hence you are requestd to kindly look into the matter and advise Insurance company Nivabupa to investigate full case properly and
reimburse my claim amount
Hence you are request to kindly look into the matter and justice me
