Since last 2 days I am contacting you regarding the foreclosure of my policy number - 18925034 and Maturity amount  of Rs.2688389.66( Two Lakh Sixty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Nine Rupees), But as per your executive they are misinterpreted me regarding the amount is transferred to me by NEFT as well as by Cheque.                  Today again I got a call from your executive saying that amount is transferred to Bajaj Finance Ltd. as I have drawn some loan on Policy but instead of closing that loan and returning remaining amount to customer you have directly given whole maturity(Foreclosure) amount to Bajaj Finance. Now it is not a standard process to be done from your side.                I will requesting Maharashtra Consumer Court to look into this matter and stand a case against ICICI Prudential Life Insurance company.
