I have filed a reimbursement of claim for claim number CIR/2022/161124/3725378 treatment of my wife Mrs. Rajul S. Khandare for appr. Amount of Rs.2,96,000/- during the period of 11th Jan-2022 to 12 Jan-2022 due to her admission in hospital and treatment at Baraskar multi-specialty hospital, Nagpur. The claim was rejected by M/s star health & allied insurance company on the count that it was pre-existing disease. The post hospitalization claims of Rs. 91000/- has not been entertained by company. Since we have filed claim so the company has removed name of patient Mrs. Rajul S. Khandare even though we have paid full premium for current year to the company. This was done with the intension that we will not be able to file claim in future. I have filed claim for my wife amounting to 44000/- with original bills which was returned to me by the company.
