I m a policyholder of Apolo munich since 7 years and first time I applied for claim that has been rejected
I have submitted all tests,prescription,ICPS,bills that they asked already. PLS HELP ME. I am getting mentally harassed.
I got a vertigo attack (ear infection)and was admitted for 2 days 10th may to 12th may 2017.
They asked me for previous papers that I sent, one of the doktrs had suspected BPD,GERD 4 years ago that I never had. I only had vit D low level and took medicine for that.Still they are saying to me submit papers for GERD,HYPERTENSION,BPD and WEIGHT GAIN treatment prescriptions.
I never took any treatment for these and have told them but they are saying,unless I submit they wont release my claim.
I have clarified that already.If doktr is making notes that dont mean i will have that disease.
I have sent them previous medical papers for about last five years,now they are asking me certian papers that Is only doktrs notes and not my disease. PLS HELP.
