Dear sir,
I have purchased a samsung A8 mobile phone in 2015 with a lifetime insurance cover from appsdaily company.
My phone display has damaged. When i tried to contact with company on their phone numbers which was mentioned on the company card, numbers was switched off. I tried many times but no response was there.
Then i went to online on company website and tried to register a complaint but the software shows error - handset can not be old more then 365 days. And did not accept my complaint. Then what about lifetime insurance cover...
