My two wheeler Policy no. 2312100135132501000
Bick no. HR12Q 8422.
Approximate one month back. When I was going to market. My bike was slipped on road when i tuned. So fuel tank, leg guard, foot rest, clutch handle , front light was damage.
Next day I am gone to out of station. When I was came back on 28.5.18. I go to Shri balaji Honda Bahadurgarh for repair of bike.
i am gat approved only for following
1. VISOR
2. HANDLE BAR
3. RIGHT FUEL TANK COVER

HDFC ERGO replay me by mail on dated 10.5.18 as below
Please note that damages to LEVER LH, FUEL TANK, FOOTREST REAR, MASTER CYLINDER, FUEL TANK MIDDLE CENTER
of the vehicle, as claimed by you in the said accident, do not correlate with the cause of accident. The damages do not
commensurate with the loss details. The said damages have been accumulated in the present claim which was been disallowed.
Kindly get the vehicle repaired, re-inspected and submit the repair bills to the Surveyor for the settlement of your claim for the
allowed parts and labour as mentioned above.
I am requested to you, please give me approval all damage part of my bike as soon as possible.
