Threatened and Forcing to Use wrong Product which he had - Asian Exterior putty

Products bought for Exterior paint of my house.
Product bought: Asian Exterior putty ,Asian Exterior primer and Weather coat color and some sand papers.
Payment Date: 09/12/2018(Sunday)
Through two cards(one Debit and one Credit)
Assured by Owner to deliver on Tuesday.Even not delivered till 11/12/2018(Tuesday).
Product delivered on 13/12/2018(Thursday) after I had sent Auto to collect as said by owner of shop. Product delivered but one product Primer which was not what I said.He sent Interior Primer and I needed the Exterior Primer. Asked to Owner regarding this,First he tried to convince me that,this is the same product what i desired but I told I have asked for exterior Primer not Interior Primer.As I was not convinced what he said, then he said the desired Exterior Primer product will be costly,need extra 600 rupees.I was agree on that and I sent that Asian INTERIOR Primer with color Paint contractor to exchange with Asian Exterior Primer. The owner of shop threatened not to return back that product and said you have to use that only, No exchange will be done. Additional threatened to Colour Contractor by snatching Auto key and Bike key.Then said that Product buyer to come for exchange.With one condition Color Contractor go back is that he need to go back with existing Asian Interior Primer. After these incidents,I went to Shop to discuss regarding this.
SAME BEHAVIOUR, ARROGANT AND THREATENING USE THAT PRODUCT ONLY, NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND WILL BE DONE.
I have already bought Asian Exterior Primer and used that. Now
I want REFUND my money and want strict action against these type of Shop owner.
Product to Return: Asian Interior Primer and 1 lt Color
Price:Rs.1600 +308 = Rs.1908
