Mentally harassed by members of RWA, Sector18, HUDA PANIPAT

It is to inform you that I’m a serving army officer, on 9 Oct 2023 at around 0830hrs in morning, self and wife had gone to Maharaja Surajmal Park in Sector 18, HUDA Panipat for walk with our pet Golden retriever of 2.5 yrs old. 4 old age men came to us in a aggressive manner and told us to leave the park as pets are not allowed, they misbehaved with us, inspite we were talking in a normal way, it is to further inform that as per Animal Welfare Board of India no park can put a board stating that dogs are not allowed in park but Maharaja Surajmal park had a board stating the same which is aginst the law and nobody can put themselves above law in this country. Request for necessary action.
