Harrasment by service workshop of paramount automatives pvt ltd jeypore

My vechicle Bolero have got accident on 14 January 2023 and after police complaint and insurance verification & inspection completed on accident area after that I have send vechicle to jeypore paramount automatives pvt LTD for repair on 23/01/2023 from 15 March 2023 they didn't started repair and harrased as we don't get parts and in there showrooms parts not available after few days they said we want advance after sending they demand for tyre after 10 days till July last they didn't repair when I said I am going file compliant or case then they have' repaired half and gave delivery on August 25th but after checking we have asked what you have repaired they are response is roud And gave delivery after bringing home vechicle was not at repaired correctly I have called to workshop of showroom and i asked what repair your showroom did display not working,gare box not fitted well getting sound,gare lever is rooting,while driving vechicle is going to right side, like this different problems are coming and they workshop boy said give in Rayagada paramount automatives pvt ltd they will repair but they are say we don't repaired it you go to jeypore till this day I don't get any solution like this they are not responding and they have harassing till date...so kindly help me sir from January to September I m paying dues without having vechicle those people where harrasing like this...i am from poor family... depending on that vechicle for income from 8 month I am suffering very much due to not repairing but if these showrooms will do like this i have to do something
