I ordered one flour machine from Pune. My vendor booked it via Seabird. I followed up multiple times with Bangalore and Pune office but no one told me right information till date.
When I called one person from Pune branch he misbehaved and abused me on the call.
When I visited Anand Rao branch bangalore people said parcel is not coming because person in Pune doesn't want to send it. And they did not help me at all. Till now my parcel is stuck in Pune.
