I request you that I am Rupinder Kaur w/o Ranjit Singh resident of village Bibi wala an incident happened on 4/6/2023 my husband Ranjit Singh and my father-in-law Gurditt Singh, Who are the current panchayat members who were cleaning the Panchayat land with dirt Panchayat members Sukhdeep Singh and Amarjit Singh were also present.Meanwhile Surinder Singh s/o Chand Singh and his son Baldev Singh suddenly attacked with deadly weapons.In which Gurditt Singh and Ranjit Singh were injured.Both were taken to Civil Hospital in injured condition.Meanwhile, seeing Ranjit Singh's condition as critical, Dr. Gurjiwan Singh referred him further.Ranjit Singh was admitted to Dr. Jha.During the treatment with the consent of the family, the police report was given to Bathinda Cantt. Meanwhile, the police registered an FIR on 6.06.2023, including sections 308, 324, 323, 34.But after two months, the police voluntarily changed Section 308 to Section 325 and the accused were granted bail.So I and my family request that this case be investigated by you and we demand that the culprits be severely punished and justice be given to us by a proper and fair investigation of this case.
