Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G Service center closed, no info about my mobile phone

My name is Parul Gupta. I was using  Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G. I got some trouble in my mobile. Then I took the service center address from your customer care no. 18001036286.

                I gave my mobile to the above address on 20th oct.2015 and got the job sheet. The job sheet no. is CVC/XM/05/05170. And the dealing person told me to collect the mobile within 15-20 days. After that I went there for 5-6 times, everytime I got that service center closed.
                After that I start calling the Xiaomi customer care on 19th dec.2015. The customer care executive confirmed me that this service center is closed now and we try our best to get back your mobile, please wait for some time and gave me complaint no. 919199.
I called a no. of times (on 26th dec. 2015, 12,14,16,20 Jan 2016) but everytime the customer care executive ask me that our team is working on the complaint & wait for some time. 

After some time they gave me new reference no is 161107-005998, but the issue is still pending..
Now the date is July 2018.. The issue has not been resolved. I am asking the Xiaomi customer care a no of times to solve the problem but they didn't do anything to help me out of this situation.
This is a very poor after sale services by @Xiaomi. This is what not expected from this multinational company..
