Sriram finance - Forcefully seize of car by sriram goons even after paying all emi

Hi my name is Sonam Bhutia professionally i am a driver On 2017 i manage to get a mahendra xylo with the help of sirram finance on the day value of car was 1005000/- approx in which i paid 500000 and 35000 for finance prossing and 40000 for insurance so total investment made by finance comp was 505000/- on the intrest rate of 6%per annum for three years and i had asked them to make around 14000 emi and they told me first please pay 17000 for not more then 4-5 months and then we will bring it down around 12000 so i argeed. And after first emi i paid during prossing they came to collect the instalment i dont remember the date but it was around late Aug17 i paid him 20000 cash the agent name was Deepen (local guy). And i asked him for reciept he said first he has to depost the money on branch then he will bring me the recipt portable recipt machine was not aviable on the finance company. And being a local guy i trusted him and he agreed to bring the recipt next time we meet, since i am a driver i had to travel with tourist for days so i hardly had any chance to visit the brance.next month he collected 20000 from me (my instalment was only 17000 but i always deposited little extra for the bad times). And the same explanations from him, he said he forgot to bring last month recipt but dont worry he will get it soon the both recipts i hardly had any reason to doubt him. I know i should have recipt at the time and should have visited the branch but in here people dont really do stuff like fraud and all so i made a mistake thinking all are good people out there. Then i went for long tour took me months to b back at the time i asked my brother to meet him and pay him. after that around 2017 winter agent had been replaced by otherone and i keep depositing my emi and some time during bad time asking them for little time so i could collect and some month i couldnt pay at all and asked them to understand since it was off season and they were very cooperative. So everything was fine and going smoothly till around may this year agent used to come around month and i deposted what ever i could collect some time little less and sometime for two instalments like 30000/- and then once i asked him for a statement and he brought it to me i was shock to all my payment made with 20000 for 3 emi wasnt there and intrest had gone skyhigh at the time i asked the 2nd agent that where is the entry of 3 20000 which i had deposited and he said agya i will look for it ok. After 2 3 days he came to me said yes there is one 20000 money has been recived by the branch and due to some mistake it was deposited on another account but not to worry he will fix it soon and will find the remaning 2 as well. I was relief he didnt call me for another month instalment due date was alredy passed so insted i call him and asked about the progess about lost emi nd also when will he come to collect the dues but at the time he was at some other place for emis so we agreed to meet when it was convinces for both of us. And after that i hadnt heard from him and i was busy so i didnt try to call him as well since it was time for renewal of insurance and all the collection i had, i had to give the insurance company so i was little short on money so i was kind a relif when he was not calling me at the time. After few weeks some new number call me and asked for my emi which was due none of my 20000 deposts were included i asked him who he was and where was the other guy with whom i always delt then he said my file have been shifted form Gangtok main brance to sub brance Singtam due to the address on. I said i dont have any information plus i have already paid those amount then he asked me to come to there branch and very next day i went to the branch but there was no one except few laides who were i guess receptionist and asked them to call the person who we can talk with and they said all them are at the field and they are not sure when they will b back then i asked her to call my agent but couldnt find the file so they were not sure about whom the file had been alredy transfred to another town they said after that i call the number of the new agent and asked him where was he, he said he was on the south side of state and due to not present of members with whom i had previously dealt he had cancle metting next time i went again but all there was new whom i had never met but no manager i waited all day and deposited 25000 as well which is on first of this month now when i was in siliguri some goons came and forcefully took my car saying i have pending of around 2lakhs they were so ill mannerd now they took my car and brance is saying they cant do anything unless i pay all the money they wont let go of car and will sell it within weeks i am having so much problem here please help me please i dont know wat to do plz suggest
