My self Ranjeet Singh i Purchase honor 9 Lite Mobile 03.07.2018. after 50 days. we face problem my device touch automatic working. i complain honor pickup service center for pick my mobile. 15 days no can pick my phone by honor team. i call again to honor service center for mobile no Ghaziabad service center. they provide me same i call ghaziabad service center & I visit 21.09.2018 around 4 : 00 PM. they tack my phone & open my device after 1 hour he told me my device is liquid damage new water. now your phone out of warranty. you pay the charge for mobile open. i asked to how much amount. they told me 4900/ + GST Charge and second amount 500+GST Charge. i denied to repair my device. they charge me 177 rs. i denied to pay. but they not give my phone. so pay the amount 177 rs. and take my phone. i agin call to honor service center for regarding complain to Shreejee Enterprises they are doing totally froud. but no response received. i send several time mail honor service center. after some days i received huawei telecommunications india company pvt ltd. Gurgoan you visit my another service center. so i again visit 05.10.2018 Lucknow Honor service center. they check my phone no liquid damage found. they repair my phone free of cost. now my mobile work properly.
when i visit shreejee enterprises. i asked to him please provide CCTV Footage during my mobile open. but they denied to me see cctv footage.
so this time i am very mentally disturb & my work also hamper.
so i request to you please take serious action against both company. & provide. i request to please register my case against shreejee Enterprises & huawei telecommunications india company pvt ltd Gurgoan.
I request to you please tack serious action both company. they do not repeat again this type harassment to any one person.
so i want file harassment charge 1000000/Both Company.

when i visit shreejee enterprises. i asked to him please provide CCTV Footage during my mobile open. but they denied to me see cctv footage.
so this time i am very mentally disturb & my work also hamper.
so i request to you please take serious action against both company. & provide. i request to please register my case against shreejee Enterprises & huawei telecommunications india company pvt ltd Gurgoan.
I request to you please tack serious action both company. they do not repeat again this type harassment to any one person.
so i want file harassment charge 1000000/Both Company.
