Registration promised but not done by DSK Benelli showroom email trail explained

Hi People need help - it's been long I tried alone ..... I currently reside in Siliguri please see below email trail and my concern and kindly advice - it's just an email I have ph calls and SMS and chats .....

Since November till date I have been continuously following up for my registration and now after 4 months Siliguri DSK Benelli tells me they won't do the registration because the bike is not sold by their showroom but some Benelli showroom in Delhi..... my question is ain't the company same whether I purchase the bike from any showroom it's Benelli bike, how can they deny after committing and after my statements for registration was clear.

I have given all my support as and when required but now they want me to get the temporary number applied from Delhi again and produce the same to Siliguri (these are 2 different states in India) also who is going to pay the fine that would have incurred for all these months.... i as a customer have faced a lot and I'm not to be blamed for any fine or due amount because I have informed and given all necessary documents well in time.

They are rude no sense of urgency and I swear I'm filing a legal suit against the showroom and Benelli if no further action is taken and I want my registration to be done.

This is gonna be a bad impression for such a big international company having such a poor staff and irresponsible people to work with ..... please note they work for selfish motive not for the company.

Honestly this is my final call since I have be harnessed and been given a mental pressure for past 4 months with no solution.

Please look into the matter.

Please solve this case with Benelli Siliguri asap plus any mis-happening during the course the blame would be straight to DSKBenelli Siliguri and Benelli company.

Also the Manager (Manoj) of the showroom is rude and is saying do what u want to do I will see for it
