Respected Sir/Mam,
Myself Vinod kumar was working in Kangra Vehicleades Malan (HP) for the period of 03-11-2010 to 08-05-2014 . My last working day was 08-05-2014 in that company and when i leave my job and same after two months i want to apply for my provident fund but on that time online kyc system is not reflected in epfo portal so i apply offline and sent all my forms to shimla pf office but they will return it as several problems in my documents as my father name is incorrect, dob is incorrect so then i ask my office but they deny to help me as there is no HR manager in that company only GM of that company will take care of all that whose name is RC Katoch who is very negative person by his behave towards employees and customers and second person is Mr Hitesh who will handle all take of Epfo portal of kangra vehicleades but whenever i call him he only say that all work regarding your pf is done only in shimla epfo office not here but i am shock that it has been 4 years he did not correct my details and even not submit my date of leaving in epfo portal he always use bulgar language whenever i call him or other ex employees of kangra vehicleades when they all call for their pf . I request you to please ask them for all employees pf details as several ex employees are too much haraas by himself . Mr hitesh is always shout whenever i call him regarding my pf corrections in epfo portal as he dont co operate with me and i am suffering his negative words and bulgar language from last four years as i want my provident fund but these types of peoples working in kangra vehicleades they will not correct our details in their epfo records and always denies us . I humbly request you to please ask company GM Mr RC katoch or Mr Hitesh and take immediate strict action on both of them as they haraas employees for their pf withdrawl ... I hope i recieve a proper soloution for my problem from your side asap. Below i mention all my details regarding my PF withdrawl.
