Dear Concerned,
I had made payment to an instagram seller by the name beautybarlounge.in 3 weeks back by paytm ( screenshot attached). I enquired about the order and she started replying in a very uncivilized manner. She asked me not to buy from them , I agreed and asked her to return my money.She threatened me saying that his sister is a supreme court lawyer and father is in media. She's very powerful and I cannot do anything about my order. Please guide me as to how to deal with such abusive and unethical online sellers. Thank you.
