I have given my earphone for replacement on 30th November 2015 and yet on 25th march 2016 i have not got it back. On calling MI customer support they say that the earphone is in Service Center and when i go to Service Center they we have not received it yet. I have gone at least 10 times in Service Center regarding this but did not get it back. I want my money back with fine from Xiaomi for the trouble they have given me in approx 6 months.
