Improperly functioning of newly purchased prestige pressure cooker of 2 litres

I purchased a 2 litres prestige pressure cooker on 5th of september, 2023 from Vishal Mega Mart Una (Himachal Pradesh). But after using it for the first time i noticed that its Hex Dome nut was improperly assembled because of which its valve system is not properly functioning. And hence liquid is oozing out from the sides of lid as whistle system is not functioning properly. Kindly consider the issue as soon as possible. Either exchange it or return it. I shall be thankful to you!!
