I have ordered a Micromax note 1 phone from Flipkart and got delivery on 16 Feb after using 4 days it's speaker not working and on 23 Feb i have submitted a replacement request within the time limit of refund or replacement they misguided us for 3 days follow the steps for troubleshoot and I did the same but nothing happen. I regularly connected with them they always say follow the steps for troubleshooting and I did the same but on 26 feb i got messege seller doesn't accept the replecement request.
Please take this issue seriously and the phone is no use without speaker.
