I purchased a poco smartphone in 2021 from flipkart and using it in december 2023 suddenly my device stopped working i reached service center they told not even checking the phone that the phone motherboard is dead. Brand used fake or local parts in the device not my but in all the poco x3 pro units . Due to their worst customer service amd poor device many of the poco x3 pro users are suffering in india i request for strong action against poco brand
