I have been ordered Micromax note 1 on 14 Feb from Flipkart and get delivery on 16 Feb. After using 4 days it's speaker not working and requested for replacement on 23 Feb and connecting with the customer support several times they always say to flow the steps of troubleshoot and I did the same but nothing works and they misguided us and said our technicians and executive will connect you. On 26 feb i got a messege the seller is not willing to replacement but as per the purchase terms we can replace the product with the time limit as mentioned
Please help me
