I purchased Robo Vacuum Cleaner of Eureka Forbes on the 2nd of June 2024. On 5th June, it stopped working. I lodged a complaint on the customer care number and later spoke to the senior technical manager about the same. Every day they send a new engineer to repair and no one can repair it. Today is the 5th day and again I got a call from a different engineer asking for an appointment. Now they have stopped taking calls from my number. I was promised a free replacement in case there was any technical issue with the machine, which they are refusing now.
As I purchased this new machine, we stopped our maid from coming to clean our house. Now we do not have any mode of cleaning our house. The house is an absolute mess. This is the 4th day and there is still no solution from the company. I want my refund or replacement of the machine.
