I have ordeded a headphone on 17 August 2020 from Samsung India website(oder no 33037648014) , it was expected to be delivered on 24 August 2020, but unfortunately it was not delivered and no reason was given given why the oder was not dilvered. After waiting 2 weeks further than the expected date I cancel the oder on 7 Sept 2020,the refund should have come in 7 days, but it has been nearly a month now but the refund was not initiated, I have written 20 + mails and talked with the customers so many times but all the time they are saying that I will receive the refund in 24 hours but nothing is been done. So I request you to please help me in getting me the refund.
