My father a 74 years old person, purchased IFB Split AC of 1.5 ton from Deep Paras Electrovision located in Sec 10, Faridabad. The AC was purchased on 27.03.2022, however, with in first 3 week of purchase the aircon became faulty and use to get switched on automatically at odd hours. Upon complaint the company changed the faulty part of the machine, 3-4 days later the remote became faulty and now it's been one week that they have not provided replacement. This issue has been causing a lot of mental agony and trouble to my old age parents who stay alone there.
