i order a laptop on flipkart on 14 october 2018. the product is delivered to me on 23 october 2018. the delivered laptop is different from the specifications shown on flipkart. in this laptop cd/dvd writer is missing which was shown on flipkart. on 24 october 2018 i complain about this issue on flipkart and create a return request. my return request is cancelled on 27 october 2018. the given reaswon is that the seller is not able to fulfil your request. on 27 0ctober 2018 after cancellation of my request i again create a return request and the promissed date for resolution is 31 october 2018 and on 31 october 2018 my request of return cancelled again. after this i again create a return request and contact flipkart customer care senior team and they promise me to provide resolution before 3 november 2018 and on 3 november 2018 my return request cancelled again and the given reason is same as mentioned above that the seller is unable to fulfill your request. flipkart make me fool everytime on the name of resolution. my return policy period is ended on 2 november 2018 and i am unable to return my laptop.during the period of my 1st request(24 october 2018) to last request promissed date (3 november 2018) i call flipkart more than 25 times but flipkart does not provided any resolution regarding my problem and make me fool everytime whenever i call. please help me about my issue and protect me by consumer rights.
