Rc fees submitted at Jaya autombiles bhiwani on 14 july2017, fees confirmation message was received on 1st August 2017, I received my registration no. On 4th September but till date Rc is not received. I can check my Rc details on M-parvahan app.but physical could not find it. I have checked at every possible place but I could not find the Rc,I have faced lot of problems through traffic police. E Disha Kendra employee's are abusing, rude and not giving any satisfactory response. I am in deep problem. Kindly help me as early as possible.
