Hotel booking fraud from goibibo

I did a hotel booking through goibibo, that time i was doing a booking location showing a different on app next day when i am checking loc. on app for checkin that time loc. Showing different so i was not checkin. Now i compained same day with him customer support but they making me fool continue by lst 15 days. I have a proofs of wrong. Location screenshot
