AC compressor not replace, I had complaint for non working of AC in customer care of Electrolux.

I have purchased Electrolux AC in April 2014. Recently in Oct 18, I had complaint for non working of AC in customer care of Electrolux. They sent service engineer for checking of AC & concluded that compressor is damaged & need to replace. As compressor is in warrenty period (5 years), they must to replace the compressor. But till date compressor is not replaced. I had call many times to customer care & mail also, but till date my compressor is not replaced.
