They have taken money from my bank account without my consent of authorisation

I have a bank account in Icici and a total amount of estimated 15000 has been taken away from my account without my authorisation nor concent by bajaj finserv and future money. As far as I can remember I have not given any authority from them to take money from my account as this is a case of fraud cause when ever money comes into my account they take the money from it. I have tried contacting my concerned bank and they have not taken any action against this or help me get my money back.
