BPL Washing Machine not serviced for one month after complaint.

I purchased BPL washing machine through Flipkart and was delivered on 28th March 2017 and installation on 01st April 2017.

The Machine stopped working on 15th July 2017, so I raised a complaint with the BPL customer care with complaint number/ ticket number 19117 on same day.

The washing machine is not working for last 30 days( 15th July 2017). I have raised complaint and repeatedly requested for repairing of it. But technician never came to see what's wrong with the machine. One guy came from service centre after 15 days and he said he is not a technical person so he can only guess what is the problem and will request for the parts.
Today 30 days have passed and still it is not repaired . Whenever I call customer care they say that update will be provided and parts are dispatched to the technician and repair will be carried out immediately. But no one come to repair. This is happening from last one month.

Kindly provide justice as my family is suffering due to such pathetic service and lack of household equipment for washing cloths. I incurred additional expenses for hiring help for washing clothes for the last one month. Also the warranty period of the equipment should be extended for an equal days during which it remained defunct.
