I was cheated by Honor India and FedEx India from hihonor website

I have buyed Honor band 3 from hihonor website and payed bill of 2499 online via netbanking HiHonor has delivered package to FedEx courier they show that package is coming from Chennai to Surendranagar (me) but it is in rajkot from 2-3 days and Rajkot is not far it's just 3 hour far and FedEx online tracking shows that it will deliver to me on next month that is 21/08/2018 it took approx 1 month I have contacted them by calling on Rajkot FedEx office but no one took the phone then I have tweeted them on social media they ask me for tracking details and order details I gave them both to hihonor.in and FedEx also but no one gave reply back it's 2 days still no reply I want my package of Honor band 3 or give my 2499 rs back
