On 13th October i have received the product but mobile battery is not working. As per company norms 7 days replacement policy is available till 20th October. But service centre is not ready providing me the replacement and any kind of services in this product. When i asked thpem they told me the phone is not in warranty period they can't given any service. But i have received this product just two days before kindly help me out of this.

I need help regarding on the company replacement Policy. The company service centre are not providing any kind services under the 7 days replacement policy as well . So my humble request to sir / mam kindly help out of this .
