MRF company Tyre Burst due to Major car accident take place on highway GJ01HU0148, owner Collar bone

Dear Team MRF,
Please find attached receipt of MRF tyre which was 11 months old only and under warranty.
Tyre burst at Samruddhi highway, Aurangabad and we met a dangerous accident at that time I was driving the car and my wife, mother in law and 5 year old son was in the car...
Suddenly tyre burst at 90 kmph speed at highway Car fly's on the road I was unconscious and the worst part is car airbag also not opened..
GOD helps us.. But my right hand color bone broken and left eye serious cut done.. And my mother in law is seriously enjured still unable to move body parts. Now we are hospitalized in Medicure Hospital, Aurangabad (MH).
It's all happened just because of tyre burst.. We trust MRF company but now my trust is totally broken and some how GOD saves our life..
My car is at Bhuvan Motors Aurangabad, please contact with them and give a valid reason. I am going to file a legal case against MRF Tyre supplier and company..
