Defective colour and primer

I bought 10 ltr dulux promise smart choice colour and 10 ltr dulux promise primer both products are defective. After apply 1 coat of primer and colour it was very bad and poor quality. I had complaint it to the dulux agent but no action taken yet and not replied well.
